To start using it, you just have to download it from Google Play (it is not yet available in the Apple Store). We have to keep in mind that we must use a different number than the one we have in our personal WhatsApp, since if we use the same number it would stop working.

- Welcome message: pops up every time someone contacts us for the first time or when more than twelve weeks have passed since the last contact.

- Quick answers: where we create answer shortcuts with which to respond quickly and efficiently to recurring questions.

Another of the functions that WhatsApp Business allows you is to create groups.
